SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
In 1996, the Lord spoke to me to pick up Joel’s letter and call the youth of America to massive gatherings of fasting and prayer. Little did we know that out of that vision, 400,000 young people and adults would gather to the Mall in DC to fast and pray for the elections and for great spiritual awakening. Eight years later, America could not be in more of a crisis.
The elections loom huge again, and the future of the nation is being forged right now. In California, a bill has been passed called Bill 777 that declares that, in public schools, a male student can declare his gender as female and then can use the public bathroom of his declared gender.
The Lord has spoken to us that we are in a critical moment concerning the shedding of the innocent blood with 50 million abortions, and the time draws near when God will deal with us as he dealt with slavery in the nation. We must have spiritual awakening.
Columbine is now becoming a regular occurrence. The immigration crisis weighs heavy upon us as intercessors. Militant Islam looms as a darkening shadow over the nation's future. The fastest growing religion in America is Islam. The economy is tottering. Our universities are discipling our sons and daughters, and we are losing the majority to false ideologies.
America is in a crisis, but when there is no hope for a nation, when there is no remedy, God has a holy prescription - Joel 2:12:
"Now, therefore," says the Lord, "turn to me with all of your heart, with fasting, with weeping and with mourning." So rend your heart, and not your garments; return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness; and he relents from doing harm...Blow the trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, call a sacred assembly; gather the people…"And it shall to come to pass afterward that I will pour out my spirit on all flesh..."
Today, on February 13, we are seeking to obey that mandate which has been laid upon us. We are calling for special prayer focusing on Joel 2:12 to Joel 2:32 for 21 days as we set our face to once again call the nation to a national solemn assembly.
After TheCall Alabama on April 5th, the 40th anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr., we have set our face to TheCall USA East and West.
On August 2nd, we are calling the entire West to gather in Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego for this present urgent Joel 2 moment. Then on August 16th, we are summoning the nation for TheCall USA East converging in Washington DC on the mall, eight years after the first Call DC.
Would you pray the next 21 days for TheCall? We need 3.5 to 5 million dollars.

Would you pray for a mobilization miracle in the nation and that the church of America would be stirred to pray and fast like never before? And would you pray for a true trumpet sound that brings unity to the body of Christ for the purpose of gathering in Solemn Assembly?
In the middle of these 21 days, would you set apart February 20 - 22 to pray Isaiah 22:20-22 and Daniel 2:20-22? Both passages have to do with the removing of kings and the raising up of kings. We must have God’s overriding government presiding over the elections.
Once again we are asking you to pray and seek God with all of your heart for a great turning of this nation.
